Services: Master Planning

The project consisted of the development of a phased master plan for a senior care facility campus. The primary goal of the master plan was to guide future building, as well as to determine the best way of accommodating immediate and future growth. The plan includes a new outpatient rehabilitation practice, which supports short term skilled nursing and assisted living rehabilitation, as well as updated facilities supportive of the complete care continuum.
