This project intent was to design a new production and office facility for a manufacturer of custom-imprinted loose-leaf products. Moving from connected buildings with multi-levels, this family-owned business desired the efficiency of high-bay, predominately single-level production.

The client's goal was rapid and efficient order fulfillment. Therefore, the flow of material and product assembly were carefully considered during the design process. In addition to a flexible production area, spaces for printing, screen-printing, finishing and art services were designed. Offices and employee amenities, including a cafeteria and on-site day care center, were also included.
